Summer Fun!

Crescent Hill Baptist Church offers care for school-age children as a ministry to working parents in the community.

Schedule: Tuesday, May 27 – Friday,

August 8, 2008

Eligibility: Entering Kindergarten through completing 7^th grade

Hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Transportation: Parents bring and pick up. For Field Trips: school bus, church van

Staff: We carefully select our staff to give quality care to your child.

Child/Staff Ratio (Class/Field Trips):

Pre-K – K:_____________ 1:10/1:4

1^st – 2^nd grades:________ 1:10/1:5

3^rd – 5^th grades:________ 1:12/1:7

6^th – 7^th grades:________ 1:15/1:8

Facilities: We are located on the third floor of the church’s educational building. We have access to a full-size gymnasium, playground and nearby park.

Principles: Be sure all children are happy and safe. Use positive discipline. Keep our focus on the children.

No child shall be denied admittance to the Summer Afterschool Program because of his or her race, color, national origin, sex or religion.

FEES

Full-Time: (5 days/week for 11 weeks)

$95/week / $90/week for siblings

Part-Time: (33 days during the summer)

$875 total / $770 for siblings

Part-Time: (20+ days throughout the

summer) $27/day / $26/day for siblings

All other arrangements: $35/day/child

Field Trips: May be additional charges with advance notice

Transportation fee: $50 per child or $5/trip/child

Registration Fee: $100/family -- $80 will be applied to final payment if account is current
