The church was grieved to learn of Margaret Cole's sudden heart attack and death Monday morning, Nov 5. Our prayers go out to Steve, Caitlin, family, co-workers, and friends.

COLE , MARGARET L., 49, of Crescent Hill, passed away Monday, November 5, 2007. She was a native of Owensboro, KY, and a graduate of Southern Seminary with a Masters of Divinity. She was the former minister to families at Beechwood Baptist Church, and was a pastor intern with Crescent Hill Baptist Church. She was a chaplain with Central State Hospital and a member of Crescent Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jenny Goodhue. She is survived by her loving husband, Steven K. Cole; her daughter, Caitlin Goodhue; her parents, Karl and Letitia R. Gilbert; her brother, Steven Gilbert (Sally); her father and mother-in-law, Kenneth and Joyce Cole; sister-in-law, Carol Cole; brother-in-laws, Glen Cole (Kelley), and David Cole (Brooke); and a host of nieces and nephews.
A service to celebrate the life of Margaret will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Sanctuary of Crescent Hill Baptist Church, 2800 Frankfort Avenue with interment at Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Thursday at the church.
Arrangements entrusted to Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home.
Expressions are requested to Karass, Inc. or Memorial Fund of her church.
