Recreation Team

The recreation team is committed to maintaining current community based programming and to developing congregation based recreational and leisure opportunities, for fun and fellowship for the congregation. Social Justice Ministry Team

This team seeks to discern practical ways to apply the Christian faith in our community, nation and world. Student Ministry Team

The Student Ministry Team is active in providing a well rounded program for students in 6th grade through high school. Working with the Minister to Students, this team works to enable our students to develop socially as well as spiritually. Technical Support Team

Technology Support Team

A ministry team called the Technology Team has formed. The team’s statement of purpose is: “to use technology, especially computer technology, to enhance the ministries of Crescent Hill Baptist Church.” Recent projects included redesigning the church website, putting church library holdings into an easily accessible database, getting the church computer lab open and functioning, conducting computer use classes in the lab, and continuing the church email newsletter. Other projects are anticipated. This team would greatly welcome additional members, ideas, and volunteer computer trainers. Women on Mission

Our team is made up of women who are committed to missions in our community and worldwide, and to one another. Our purposes are to 1) Pray for and give to missions including the promotion of Missions Offerings in the church, 2) Do Missions, 3) Learn about Missions, 4) Develop spiritually towards a missions lifestyle, and, 5) Help promote missions awareness as we participate in the work of the church. Worship Team

If you are someone who longs for more in worship, here is an opportunity. Folk who value worship, have a desire to participate in preparation for worship, and are willing to offer their gifts in service are invited to join the Worship Team. Perhaps you are gifted with a creativity that can be utilized in creating a space that is conducive to worship. Maybe you are willing to collect and wash communion cups.
